Learn About ScholarshipsEstablished in 1994, the ANDA self-funded health trust provides health insurance to employees and their dependents at member companies. Approximately 900 employees and dependents at 80 companies are currently enrolled.
The trust has been successful in holding health insurance rates below normal market levels — a tangible financial benefit for member companies and their employees.
This program is one of the most powerful member benefits ANDA offers, helping smaller grain elevators and agribusinesses provide competitive employee benefits they might not otherwise afford.
Health Trust InquiriesSurety bonds are required by the state for grain elevator licensing in North Dakota. ANDA assists members in navigating bonding requirements efficiently and cost-effectively.
Grain buyer bonds are surety bonds required by North Dakota law for licensed grain dealers and elevators. They protect grain producers in the event a grain buyer fails to pay for purchased grain.
ANDA helps member companies understand and fulfill their bonding obligations. Contact our office for guidance on current requirements and how to get bonded through ANDA's programs.
