ANDA's Transportation Handbook is a comprehensive reference guide for grain elevator operators on transportation regulations, rail service procedures, truck weight and dimension limits, and the various carrier requirements relevant to moving North Dakota grain.
The handbook is updated periodically to reflect changes in regulations, carrier tariffs, and relevant case law from the Surface Transportation Board.
