About ANDA
The Association of North Dakota Agribusiness (ANDA) was formed in 2026 through the merger of the North Dakota Grain Dealers Association (NDGDA) and the North Dakota Agricultural Association (NDAA) — two organizations sharing a common mission of representing the interests of commercial agriculture in North Dakota.
NDGDA traces its roots to 1911, when grain elevator operators gathered in Devils Lake to form what was then called the Farmers Grain Dealers Association. Over more than a century, we have advocated for our members at the state and federal level, built essential services, and stood at the center of North Dakota's agricultural economy.
NDAA brought the commercial ag retail side — manufacturers, distributors, seed companies, farm supply dealers, and service providers. Together as ANDA, we speak with one voice for North Dakota agribusiness.

The North Dakota Agricultural Association (NDAA) and North Dakota Grain Dealers Association (NDGDA) have officially merged into ANDA, effective June 1, 2026.
